Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik Iceland. She is an Icelandic CrossFit pro athlete. She is also a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie was the first woman ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. Annie was second at the 2010, and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter and media star. It was her fame that made her the first woman to have taken home two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012. In 2013 as well as 2017, she won both the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie as well as her siblings and parents was born in Reykjavik Iceland. Being a sports and exercise enthusiast since the age of five, she was involved at various school events and also won numerous awards. In 2009 she began participating in the CrossFit events in California and did good in her first games. Annie Thorisdottir's age will be 31 in 2021. In the following year she took part in CrossFit Games and took home the gold medal by virtue of her dominant performance. It was her first time as a woman to ever succeed in winning CrossFit Games. Annie has been the first female to win in consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to her outstanding performance. In 2014, she also took home a gold. Also, in 2021 she won with a bronze. Annie now coaches and trains at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie is in high demand as an athlete has been featured in commercials for products that are used in sports, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's Yerbae - the sidekick for Nu Transparent Labs Periodization among others. Aside from that, she owns a self-titled Youtube channel which has around a thousand followers where her workout diet family videos and travel vlogs are published.
