Alexandra Cooper, daughter of Bryan Cooper and Laurie Cooper, was born in Newtown (Pennsylvania) on August 21st, 1994. Her father played hockey at the University of Wisconsin. Boston University offered Cooper a sports scholarship when coaches saw the athleticism she displayed. Cooper took the offer and played soccer with the Boston University Division-1 female soccer team in her four years of university. Cooper was a senior in Boston University's Division-1 women's team. Cooper was cocaptain. Cooper played in her M.C.T. Championships, and also won Prep-A championships for all four seasons. As a sophomore as well as an senior, Cooper was awarded All-Prep Team first Team and All-Area Team first Team honors. Cooper did not only excel in playing sports. She became interested in the world of entertainment and media during her college years. She decided to go after a job in the media and entertainment industry. She has a film and TV degree at Boston University.
